As an overall experience, this training met its mission. There was great coverage of the negotiation process wholly, even more than I anticipated. Additionally, the training format allowed me to step outside my comfort zone focusing on real-life practice scenarios which was done in an engaging way.

The class was very engaging and moved along at the speed everyone was able. Loved the addition to the ending with the case study as it was a real practical way to apply what we learned.
