I came here with an understanding of planning and strategy; however, the course broadened my knowledge base, and opened new techniques and procedures for my "tool kit". Instructor Dan, from the start, came prepared to teach each enrollee/student. He provided a good student guidelines, and student handbook that was downloadable and available, before the class. The pre-course materials were made easily available via the Government Graduate School Portal. Dan opened the online course on time, and demonstrated a preparedness to teach, and that he did! He managed each topic efficiently, and with enthusiasm.

I enjoyed the class! I was not expecting to find each module useful, but I did!

Fatimah is an excellent presenter and facilitator, so the class ran well, the materials she discussed were well received and we enjoyed interacting with her and each other. Unfortunately, the slides we were provided with before the course did not match what she presented, but she blended the materials and the outcome was well received.

I think that this is one of the best courses that I have taken with the USA Graduate School. This course is priceless!

My overall experience was great. I was able to understand the more thing about building relationships at work etc., than I did before the class.

It was really good for a self paced course! I like the video instruction and the practice problems with AI feedback - very helpful!

One of the better virtual trainings I've taken. Others have overemphasized slide deck material and defining terms. While there was still some time spent on definitions, this was more appropriately weighted to providing useful frameworks for approaching challenges and towards spending time in breakout discussions. At 13 participants, it was the right size for being small enough that we all got to know each other and have space to participate while also being large enough to hear from many different perspectives and experiences.

Would recommend this course.

Great Course - Highly recommended!!

I very much enjoyed the many breakout sessions we did throughout the week. It kept us engaged and I really enjoyed hearing others' perspectives and everyone brought valuable experiences and thoughts to share. It helped us all think through the various scenarios.
