Heather was an excellent instructor - one of the best I've had in my entire Federal career. She was knowledgeable, and knew how to convey that knowledge to us in a logical format. The assignments were helpful and encouraged class participation instead of listening to someone talk on and on for almost 7 hours. I found that it would help me in the workplace for my assignments.
