Ms. Ingram's lecture on change management was presented in a mixed media format which I find very helpful and engaging. The graphics and short videos that were shared really helped to solidify the lessons. At the end of this class, I had an entire change management toolkit that I intend to put to use immediately.

She is informative, and I like the subject.

I recommend Graduate School USA courses for new employees of the federal government. Heather is an excellent trainer and facilitator! She kept participants engaged for two full days. She was also patient when answering questions AND frequently checked in with participants to see how they were doing and/or if there were any questions. I look forward to taking the proofreading course!

Graduate School USA is an incredible source for training. As a federal employee, its invaluable to engage with classmates and instructors who are employed or have been employed as feds. The course content and material is immediately applicable to my day to day work and I'm excited to put it to use!

Very good teachers that provided a wealth of knowledge. Given the issues that started to occur with the government during this cohort, the Grad School did a phenomenal job in pivoting to keep it going and working with participants to see them through to the end.

I feel much more confident in my writing process. The tools provided in the class materials create an invaluable template for successful written responses, on a professional level. There should be no reason to question my confidence when submitting a response or message going forward. I got this!
