Great instructor. Lots of accessible information. I loved the real-world examples.
Information is extremely pertinent; I even believe that if supervisors took this course (or even a pared-down session), it would eliminate a lot of the issues that occur. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable about the subject and provided great case examples, helpful insight, and feedback when dealing with complaints.
Dan was very engaging and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Great tools to be a better HR Consultant. I also valued that the class was small because it was more engaging.

This was probably the most interactive training I've ever had. It was an intense 2 days, but as someone new to LER, I learned a lot. The class gave lots of good scenarios and information regarding ER policies. Bob was very knowledgeable and made sure to include everyone in the discussions.
Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He presented thought-provoking studies and questions, and really challenged how I think about potential scenarios. Content and materials were enough to provide for a 2-day training. I appreciate the resources listed in each section, including the federal cases under each topic. Overall, great experience and look forward to other classes.
Amazing class! The class content was great, and up-to-date to the great extent possible, considering the continual changes within employee relations. The instructor was very informative and did a great job keeping everyone engaged. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and wish that I had been able to have this experience earlier in my LER career. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is currently working in this field or looking to begin a career in employee relations.
