Mrs. Petty is an outstanding instructor who demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the Federal Wage System. She presented complex information in a clear and understandable manner and took the time to ensure everyone understood the material before moving forward. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions created a positive learning experience. She also encouraged open communication and team participation, which made the course engaging and provided an environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing and asking questions. I gained valuable knowledge that I can apply directly to my day-to-day classification responsibilities. This was an excellent training experience, and I would welcome the opportunity to attend another course taught by Mrs. Petty.

Ms. Otto did a great job keeping the class engaged in a topic that can be very dense. She was easy-going, had good real-world examples and was generous with her time to answer questions.
I highly recommend the EEO in the Federal Government course. The Federal Government course. The instructor presented the information clearly and used realistic workplace scenarios that made the material easy to understand and apply. this course strengthened my knowledge of employee rights, management responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining a respectful and inclusive federal workplace.
With being relatively new to the world of ELR (just over a year), I learned a lot in this class overall. The class materials and facilitation provided by the Graduate school and especially the delivery by Judge Burgess made this not only enjoyable but extremely valuable learning. I walked away with a new found skillset that allowed me to immediately participate and understand the active conversations taking place within my mode / office.
Had a great experience with this class, totally recommend it. I have already told some of my coworkers to take the class. Thank you!
