Class was great!! I have not worked with Vet Pref yet, and I was very happy to be in this class. The material was good, and the instructor also showed us where to find information in the OPM Guide. The instructor was very knowledgeable about this course and answered all of the questions presented to her. Very pleasant and kind, and that made learning and asking questions very easy.
I don't always conduct JA, but when I do, I contact GRAD SCHOOL USA ... stay analytical, my HR friends... This course was well thought out, well prepared by Victoria, and nicely organized. It was a good use of our time and effort in learning the subject matter. Victoria did a wonderful job during both days of JA training and our classmates were very helpful and supportive. I had fun with this experience. I will say, this is a tough platform for me to do my best learning over two days, though. I am better at fully paying attention in person, so audio and video on laptop is just tough for me at times, but I love the convenience of logging in from my current workstation so there are pros and cons there to consider (I'll need to continue to adapt to remote learning)... yet, I learned a lot of useful techniques and processes and am very grateful for the well facilitated class on JA by our facilitator, thank you.
Would 100% recommend the class to others. This class had a lot of great information. Really, pieces of a bigger puzzle in my job duties. I will hold onto the guide as I could see it coming in handy. Alan was great! He was informative and experienced. I feel like he made it safe to interact with the class and throw answers and thoughts out there without the fear of getting something wrong.

Pay Setting was a great class with a knowledgeable instructor. I would recommend this for new HR staff. Rhonda was a great instructor. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had great energy to keep the class motivated and locked in. She knew the material and was able to manage time with precision, instructing each module within appropriate timeframes.
Words cannot fully express the level of knowledge Deirdre brought to the class. Her skill and ability to engage the entire class and have the entire class engage with each other... just WOW! I used to be an instructor many years ago, and I have attended more classes than I care to count, and I can say - without a doubt - she is in the top 3 of instructors. Top 3 with knowledge, skill, personality, and overall learning.
This course was very relevant to my work as an HR Specialist. It was well organized, and the examples/assignments were relevant to the material being taught. Deirdra is an absolute gem! I feel like I learned a lot over the past few days, especially through the individual and group exercises. There is a lot of information and regulations to be aware of, but having real case study examples has been very helpful in grasping the information for someone who is new to qualifications analysis and classification. I really appreciate having and utilizing the training resources and links document throughout this course. I will definitely be referring to those resources, as well as the Participant Guide, in the future.
As always, Graduate School USA is a very useful resource for government employees. The new platform makes the online course registration, course experience, and transcript management a lot easier than before. Very knowledgeable and experienced instructor. Very respectful. This was informative, and I walked away with a better understanding of the class materials as well as how to navigate the OPM website for classification specifics. Mr. White was very knowledgeable and able to share several personal experiences to clarify certain points.

She has a great personality. I don't typically enjoy these classes because they can be a drag. She took classification, which none of us really want to do, and made it interesting. She is top tier!!

Bob was an amazing instructor. He had so much knowledge in the material that he was teaching, which made it easy to understand. Rhonda was wonderful. It is obvious she has a lot of experience in HR, and that is really appreciated. In some trainings, I have had instructors who are there just to read the slides and not offer content. Rhonda offered content. I would take another course with her again. The content was relevant and helpful. My office has been tasked with additional things we do not have training on, such as Job Analysis. The Participant Guide was really nice and will be super helpful when working.
Another phenomenal course offered by Graduate School USA. The course material content, presentation, and class interaction were exceptional in expanding the knowledge base of Managers and Human Resources employees of our command. Mr. Waugh has a wealth of experience and knowledge related to FLSA. He did a phenomenal job interacting with the students on tailored examples. Overall, he did a fantastic job and I recommend this class to others in the Federal Government.

This is a great class for HR and EEO practitioners who want to understand and advance the federal workforce. This class is necessary for all people-oriented practitioners and future leaders. Content was up to date and presented interesting case studies. I loved the small class size because it gave everyone an opportunity to be present and active in the class. Adrianna is amazing! She has a wealth of knowledge on HR principles and business acumen. She has a great pulse on the current workforce constraints in the federal workforce and private sector. She is encouraging and insightful, and I hope to work with her again soon
