I came into the class feeling that I already had a strong understanding of HR, but I left feeling amazed by how much more there was to learn. The class provided valuable insights and information that expanded my knowledge far beyond what I expected. I also really appreciated receiving the documents and resources, as they will be helpful to keep and refer back to in the future.

The checklist and the grading evaluation sheets are very helpful tools for classifying documents. I plan on using them every time I have to classify a position.

The instructor was great, she was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. Great class, I am going to encourage my whole team to take it.

The instructor, Mr. Robinson was exceptionally knowledgeable and brought extensive practical experience to the Adverse Conduct and Performance-Based Actions course. The material was presented clearly, with helpful real-world examples that made complex legal and procedural requirements easier to understand and apply. He effectively explained the distinctions between conduct-based and performance-based actions, due process considerations, documentation requirements, and common pitfalls to avoid. His expertise, responsiveness to questions, and ability to connect legal principles to workplace scenarios made this a highly informative and valuable training.

Trina Petty was extremely knowledgeable and presented this complex info in an easy to understand fashion! She's an amazing instructor and a huge asset to the Graduate School!!
