Thank you to you and to the Graduate School USA for a fantastic Executive Leadership Program.

This week has been one of my most memorable in my career. I have lucked out so much since starting ELP, and I have chosen the best supervisor for this assignment. I’m so glad I chose to do ELP, and this opportunity was allowed.

Professionally and personally, NLP has been the catalyst for my soul. It has opened my eyes to what I can be. Professionally, it has given me an opportunity to network with other individuals and agencies. Personally, my daughter has noticed that I am more confident and sure of myself.

The Career Portfolio Presentation incredibly helped me articulate my professional journey and aspirations. I learned how to craft a narrative that highlights my skills, experiences, and values. Practicing in a supportive environment allowed me to build confidence in my presentation abilities.

It was through the program that I recognized the next steps in my leadership journey. An opportunity came up that I applied for, and it was announced today that I got the job! It is quite the leap from what I am doing now, even though I have previous supervisory experience. I just want to thank you and the program for helping to guide me down the leadership path.

I loved this program and the way you have it set up, and it is very beneficial to officers or employees who want to move up or out into another agency.

The strength is the instructor. She is a perfect fit for this subject matter. I appreciate how she takes her time when speaking and how she has an inviting aura, which makes it easier to listen to her speak for hours.

The instructor is fantastic. Her qualifications made me want to listen to what she was instructing. She knew the materials well and did an excellent job of lecturing and facilitating discussions.

My hope was that the program would push me outside of my comfort zone and provide an invaluable set of skills and knowledge that I can reference and continue to build on throughout my career. I believe the program more than satisfied these goals. My agency is going to benefit from me completing this program because I am going ot return to my job reinvigorated with a renewed commitment and a strong desire to apply the lessons learned.

This course will absolutely help me to move forward in my Federal Government career. Applying for jobs is very different with Federal Service vs Private. I feel confident that I will land my next role after taking this class.

The developmental assignments/details were the most valuable of all program requirements as was the shadowing assignment. Very practical learning experience and opportunities to learn new skills.

I really enjoyed the first session of the ELP.  I found the instructors to be quite knowledgeable and their training during the orientation week to be eye-opening.  I’m looking forward to all the work that one needs to do in order to finish this program.

This program helped bring out qualities that had gone dormant, which have now been reactivated so that I can be the absolute best person, best man, and best leader that I can be.

I never realized how much it (NLP) taught me and helped me grow professionally. It (NLP) taught me so much about working with employees and how to handle, let’s say “problem ones.” The contacts from the program have also benefited me in many ways.

The instructor's career experience helped with applying the information to real-life situations. The learning platform set up was very easy to navigate/intuitive.

The SES interviews and shadowing were the best part! I also thoroughly enjoyed my detail and will be extending it, hopefully, into a permanent position.

My experience in the ELP was very instrumental to my ability to be open enough to seek opportunities outside of my agency. That said, thank you again for an amazing ELP experience. As you can see, the benefits are never ending.

The ELP exceeded my expectations. Each session and deliverable provided me with critical lessons, and I now have a better sense of who I want to be as a leader.

I credit the developmental activities of EPP with furnishing me with the foundation for the next stage in my leadership journey. Participating in this program has equipped me with the necessary groundwork, concepts, and exposure to potential career options and given me the visibility and the knowledge that are crucial to achieving my goals

An all-access pass to the exclusive world of senior federal leadership. It provided me with the background information I needed to develop into a senior executive.

My biggest takeaway was learning my own leadership style and how it may be perceived by others. Recognizing who I am as a leader helped me to identify my own strengths and weaknesses, improve my communication skills, and even allowed me to handle challenging situations more effectively.

I just want to give you some feedback and say thank you. I have been with the Government for 3.5 years and graduated from ELP in June 2011. I recently interviewed and was promoted to a 14. The self-analysis of my strengths and weaknesses and the skill set I developed during ELP has been invaluable to me. I want you to know how much I appreciate your assistance in my career development. Keep doing what you do. "Thank you" to all of the Graduate School staff as well.

I learned a great deal about myself and working with a group outside of the normal boundaries of “my comfort zone.”
